美しいオリーブのグリーンと香りと味。
日本国内で美味しいと言われるオイルを思い出してもこのアンジェロさんのオイルにはかなわないと思いました。
そしてアンジェロさんから教えていただいたトマトスパゲッティを作ってみました。
これは、オイルにオリーブの実を入れて、じわっと実の旨みがでたところでトマトを入れ弱火で濃縮させたところに茹でたパスタを入れただけのシンプルなものです。
お皿に盛り付け、仕上げにオイルを少しかけていただきました。
美味しい!!
熱々のパスタを口に運び少しするとオリーブオイルの香りがフワッと香り、なんとも贅沢な幸せ感に満ちます。
こんなにシンプルなのに素晴らしく美味しく、それも簡単にできました。
